Out of the mouth of His daughters I received confirmation

I spent the last few hours listening to the Holy Spirit and conversing with Him. I also included prayer and intercession for a woman I do not know, Nora, who is seriously ill. I bound the spirits of infirmity and death taking her life and loosed the knowledge of Jesus in her.

After this, I opened my YouTube updates, not wanting to hear the sensationalism, corrupt and vain teaching that is soul depleting–any longer. And the excesses of the rapture and its dating. This has become an idol and is robbing the Bride of its true purpose.

This sole video below fed me with truth and purity and confirmed every concern gnawing at me–right up to the end. Thank you Jesus.

Brothers and sisters seek confirmation in all things. YouTube will not be where you generally get it as you can obtain anything for itchy ears on it. Simply, this video encompassed all the confirmations I needed–mathematically improbable.

PROPHECY : We are on the watch June 12th

On this day the Holy Spirit fell upon 120 disciples in the upper room in Jerusalem. This holy, prophetic day is the Feast of Pentecost in Jerusalem. At this moment, the church of Jesus Christ was birthed. The Great Commission began. All Christians are commanded to share the gospel, baptize in the Holy Spirit, heal the sick and cast out spirits; their quest, now ours, began.

In the book of Zechariah it tells us the Lord will return and Mount Olive will split in half. Pastor Begley stood on it today reporting of the prophetic meaning of this day and location.

We are on the watch, especially this day, each hour that passes. Pray that you be accounted worthy to escape the judgment to come.

ZECHARIAH

¹⁶ Therefore thus saith the Lord; I am returned to Jerusalem with mercies: my house shall be built in it, saith the Lord of hosts, and a line shall be stretched forth upon Jerusalem.

JOEL 2:28

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

Rapture Revelation this morning

I was studying the Word this morning, the gospel of Saint John, and the Holy Spirit brought the word to life to me. Speaking to His disciples, it is written, Jesus said:

⁷ Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. JOHN 16:7

Jesus could not send the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, to His disciples until He went away. He revealed to me that He, Jesus, cannot return until the Holy Spirit leaves the earth. It seems the earth cannot not have Jesus and the Holy Spirit at the same time. As the Holy Spirit indwells His Bride, we must leave, be taken up, that Jesus may return; then, and only then, can every eye (which remains) see Him.

REVELATION 1:7

Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

All eyes will see him return to earth except His Bride. We did not pierce him; but, the wicked did. Nor do we have reason to wail as we would rejoice to see Him; but, unbelievers will realize they were wrong. Clearly, His Bride is not here. It is written, His Saints will return with Him at that final judgment day. Our new vessels are described, “as the angels of God in heaven.”

JUDE

¹⁴ And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,

¹⁵ To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

MATTHEW 20:30

³⁰ For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.

I pray that you and I be accounted to be worthy to be among His Saints. Amen.

Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Hidden name of Satan revealed in Bible verse

Too many scholars, Prophets and Believers are telling us that Barack O’Bama is THE Antichrist–that Satan has taken residence in him already. It is striking that he has fulfilled many prophecies as the excellent video evidence below proves. I knew of his actions already; but, they are brilliantly collected into this short movie, making a strong case.

What has never left my thoughts in this matter is the following passage, one that I discovered years ago. Here is the passage in Luke that describes Satan:

LUKE 10:18

¹⁸ And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

       Here is the Hebrew translation of Lightning : Baraq

       Falling from Heaven: O Bama

It is widely reported that his Kenyan name was Barry Soetero; but, clearly Baraq O Bama became the name of his choosing. He is the most elusive personage on the planet with origins and records sealed. The odds of this name not being chosen (or given to) by him being a coincidence are incalculable. When one joins this verse to Barack Obama’s actions and words, we must be left with little doubt. Be braced, he is about to shift roles as a result of the 2016 elections.

Where will Baraq O Bama be seated in 2017?

One ponders, as Secretary of the UN or a newly named one world government. HOWEVER, he cannot garner control until the Holy Spirit is removed from the earth. The Holy Spirit is still present today in obedient, repentant, humble Believers. When these are snatched up to meet Jesus in the air, the Antichrist will move quickly. He cannot make his move without God allowing it. Read Job and see how Satan must obtain permission from God to act.

What will Satan in the body of the Antichrist do immediately after the rapture? What will life be like?

You do not have to go through Tribulation with the hand of God and the Holy Spirit removed from the earth. Go to the tab above, “BORN AGAIN?” Get the protection and blessed hope for yourself. Bring your family and friends too. There are days, weeks, perhaps months left before the reign of the Antichrist; but, there are few who believe there are years. Do not delay! What if the rapture happens tonight?

A Daniel cries out before D.C. Supreme Court days ago

It is written, “Test the spirits”

Testing of the spirits cannot not be overstated during these increasing days of darkness. God gave us a method in the Bible that we may know Him from the fallen ones who attempt to influence us without cease.

When I enter into listening to the Holy Spirit who hears all that he tells me from the Father and the Son, Jesus Christ, I make sure this voice confirms that it is from the Lord.

FIRST THINGS FIRST

I am not of the school, “once saved always saved,” because we are all sinners fighting our flesh daily. Our flesh is corrupt; hence, the new bodies we will be given as we enter the Kingdom of Heaven. I bring this up to preface the testing of the spirits. Even though I am saved, I invariably confess and repent before prayer, especially when the Holy Spirit convicts me. Usually I am repenting of being annoyed by a person, any bitterness that may develop even within that hour. I do not let sin fester. It does matter if the other person is wrong. What matters is that I stay clean until the next wash!

Then I plead the blood of protection on myself and my prayer space. I am very specific as to coverage: above the house, below the house, all around the house, every room in the house, any dimension that attempts to interfere, my body, my mind, even my cat. Or when in the car, I am equally detailed. I always pray for protection wherever I am in private prayer, so that my communion with the Lord is not intercepted. Sometimes I request warring angels to surround me.

THEN THE TEST

Only then do I enter into communion with the Holy Spirit in my prayer space, still, sober, waiting for His voice. And once I hear Him I ask, “Do you confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh?” He confirms right away. If the voice does not agree, or better still repeat this statement, it is not of God, Jesus or the Holy Spirit.

Note: Know that in an exorcism you will never hear a demon confirm this.

Here are the verses in the Bible related to the testing of spirits:

1 JOHN 4 (KJV)

4 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God 3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. 4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. 6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

May your communion with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit be exciting and revealing. Shalom!

Christians! Do not slip into the great delusion!

I am hearing too many brothers and sisters slipping into wonder about aliens, adding them to the biblical narrative of fallen angels and demons. O! the devil is crafty! There are no aliens. THERE ARE NO ALIENS. This deception is critical to making you believe you were not created by a great, benevolent, almighty God. Jesus warned us again and again not to be deceived.

The fallen angels can manifest themselves in many forms including creatures, ships, lights. What we observe in the firmament may have a percentage of God’s Holy Angels, God’s stars and unfortunately, the fallen angels manifesting as orbs, ships, stars to confuse His children. We need discernment and to read the scriptures carefully. Nowhere in the scriptures does the Lord mention aliens. Not one tittle.

MY FACE-TO-FACE ENCOUNTER

I myself encountered this evil at 3:30 a.m. as I prayed on my driveway in 2011 ( I wrote about it in this blog and posted a pen drawing).  I prayed many nights at the same time as I would be awakened. Pacing my driveway in prayer and worship would help me find rest. This evil appeared one night on the outside of my fence about 30 feet from me and 20 feet up in the air. It was quite large, silent and demonstrated as the trademark three lights in triangular formation. It was there in the physical as it sprayed light on my bathrobe i.e. it was not a vision. I ignored them or it, and continued to pray; however, I noticed it disappeared under an invisible layer as I paced. This was a portal open at my home, open next to my front lawn; my home was in a rural area. I watched it fade out after 20 minutes. It had no legal right to harm me and cross my property line which was anointed with oil and blessings–even the trees. I had no fear. I knew the Lord was with me. Later as I sought His face. I heard Him say clearly in a deep voice (not the still small voice), “It was a test!”

My point for bringing this up is two-fold. Fallen angels and demons are real and they hate Christians and Jews. Actually, they hate all of humans–even those who do their bidding. Why? Because they are already judged. They are unredeemable. They are evil.

When you are sealed with the Holy Spirit your armor is complete and there is nothing to fear. Do you think for even a moment that I was not surrounded with the power of Heaven and Jesus Himself?

Do not delay and share it as much as possible especially to those who are not born again. I pray you take heed and do it.

POWER IN THE NAME OF JESUS

Always remember calling out the name of Jesus is like TNT to these demons. Do you realize that Exopoliticians, those who supposedly represent alien races, report that ‘aliens’ flee at the hearing of the name of Jesus? There are too many testimonies in this regard.

Spiritual Warfare Prayer to Defeat Your Enemies

SPIRITUAL WARFARE PRAYER FOR :

BRUSSELS, YOU, YOUR FAMILY, YOUR FRIENDS, YOUR CHURCH AND YOUR CITY

This prayer is for those who are born-again believers in Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Your faith is required for the prayer to be effective. Come to this battle confessing and repenting of your sins, humble and swing the Sword. The power of almighty God, the Creator of all universe, is in His children.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you for giving me power over all the power of the enemy. I exercise that power now.

In the name of Jesus I bind and break the power of every spirit working from the kingdom of darkness against me, against my family (names), against my friends (names) and against people of my city (name your city).

In the name of Jesus I break the power of every word spoken curse against all of us.

I send out warring angels to scramble the plans and the assignments that the enemy has for all of us this day. I bind and break the power of the spirit of death and destruction.

The face of Jesus in our young believers

O! sweet Crystal Clay. I do check in and listen to her preach. Such purity of spirit. She is a young wife and mother of three boys. Such a precious soul.

You will notice this video has over 365,000 views. I would guess because of the supernatural presence caught on video. One ‘being’ has wings at around 7 minutes. Elizabeth has difficulty continuing from sheer excitement. In this video she relays her mother’s dream.

Enjoy her whole channel. It feeds the soul to hear such pure, authentic ministering over many barking and often condescending preachers. When will we come to Jesus, “as little children.”

I recommend you watch the video with her two little boys. So moving.

Sweet in the mouth, bitter in the stomach. Was this sealed in Daniel until now?

Stephen Steinman, an American son of God living in Canada, has been deluged with emails and phone calls since his interview aired on Now You See TV, last week, March 10th. The interview lasted 3 1/2 hours, thanks to the goodness of the Host who allowed the Holy Spirit to flow.

Before you listen (all audio) get to know Stephen a little. He is 66 years old, happily married and a father of four adult sons. About five years ago he had a stroke, among other conditions; as a result, he became fastened to his chair and desk and began a deep journey into the things of God in the Scriptures. His mind is intact, no less his memory of the scriptures from Genesis to Revelation.

Steinman became Christian 40 years ago; but, this leg of his faith was clearly appointed by God to declare seldom mentioned biblical knowledge. In fact, he states again and again that the Lord has directed his work: “Declare!”

Steinman was an active man, a football coach and a business owner. Today, he calls himself a, Prophetic Anthropologist and a Watchman-on-the-wall. As few teachers, Steinman reveals God’s events and timelines, through types and shadows throughout the Bible. He is conversant on Hebrew text and traditions; these are important in determining events to come.

While you will learn his timeline and its events are frighteningly close, try to focus on the information. There are always delays and miscalculations with the most learned men. Understand that Steinman is not a pre-trib teacher; he unusually believes we are already at mid-tribulation, stating that the “beginning of sorrows” are the first 3 1/2 years. I consider and I will be confirming all against the word of God. What is most valuable is the information about types and patterns, not date-setting.Does it make much difference at this point if great tribulation is one week, one month or one year from now?

Unlike Harold Camping, Steinman backs-up his work with over 400 pages in his free book, The Mystery (PDF), quoting scriptures, types and shadows repeated throughout history. His brother, Jay Steinman, was well equipped with a Master of Theology to edit the book. Neither Steinman brothers seek funding for their work; but, desire only to be obedient in sharing it.

It is striking how positive the reception has been to his work. The sheep know the lateness of the hour and many are receiving this as good news–even though he portends the end is days away, citing the keys in “the rear mirror” .

Be ready to take notes because the information is dense. He is a captivating, intelligent speaker; you will stop with difficulty. Your comments are welcome.

Be known in the spiritual world–not the natural

So many prophets, apostles, preachers, pastors, teachers seek fame (sometimes unwittingly) in the world and measure their fruits by this fame; yet, this is not where God operates. THIS IS NOT WHERE GOD OPERATES.

If healing, casting out demons, prophecy and a myriad miracles are not manifest in the Holy Spirit, you are not operating in the spiritual realm. Seek to be known in the spiritual realm. Able to trample on scorpions and work in a double-anointing of Elijah. This is true especially in these last days, the time of the final harvest. The Lord will pour out the Holy Spirit on all flesh. This kind of power is only possible with the proper building blocks.

ACTS 2:17
And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

God is raising up men and women that have qualities He values in their hearts above knowledge and doctrine. God loves the humble. God loves those who have no guile–who love strangers without partiality. God loves those who feed, clothe and house the poor. These are important end-times warriors who will operate in the Spirit. Jesus is seeking to wed a Bride that is pure in heart and spirit.

PERSONAL ANECDOTES

In my last two broadcasts I forgot to introduce myself simply because “I” am not on my mind–only our Father, our King Jesus, and our Holy Spirit are in my thoughts. You cannot have a ministry that bears fruit when you are counting views, attendees and labor over their pleasure. The Shepherds must move in the Spirit of God and the sheep will come–sheep without itching ears. Jesus told Peter three times : “Feed My Sheep.” Take yourself out and the true sheep will come. You are not a brand to market (many consult on branding.) Start now to give glory to God in your hearts and on the stages of the world. Decrease that he may increase.

Who am I to speak to the renown this way? I am the least on earth that I may be crowned in heaven.  The works of false shepherds has harmed the body of Christ; this has made our bringing the lost to salvation near impossible without the supernatural presence of the Holy Spirit. The dark one has reached his tentacles into many churches; God has already destroyed many of them.

I was laying in an ambulance a few years ago, my heart was failing, I knew it could be my appointed time; so I ministered to the specialist tending to me. He answered my questions and spoke about his faith–lifeless as it was. I told him Jesus loved him. I was not going home without one last valiant effort. The emergency doctor said, “You are dying.” I would not let them administer their protocol. They waited for me to flatline to have their way. I prayed, my heart stabilized and healed and I walked out a few hours later. I believe that was the day the Lord changed me forever.

Never NEVER forget Jesus. He is beside you, inside you. He is in the bosom of the Father; but, as He said we are one with Him, with the Father and with the Holy Spirit. God is in us. Let it show as HE desires it–not you. For me, it is a daily work in progress.

How two Hollywood magnates found Jesus

The Holy Spirit of God in us stirs, often to tears, as we think of the last days of Jesus in the flesh. I truly believe His final moments also aggrieve our Father in heaven. We believers are one with Him and feel His sadness, despite the great victory achieved through His Son’s suffering. What a price He paid for our redemption. Watching the few passages in the trailers shown below is very moving.

Watch also the light is this anointed couple. Their love of our Savior is evident.

Mariah Woodworth-Etter, most referred to as, “Mother Etter,” was born in 1844 and went to our Father’s House in 1914. It is agreed that no one has performed as many miracles in centuries.

Guided by the appearance of the Lord as a child, Etter grew to become one of the greatest evangelists and prophets in modern history. Her ministry was one of  endless supernatural manifestations, healing and prophesy that drew crowds as great as 25,000 at one time and millions over the course of her earthly life.

Etter transformed the Church in many States including Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky and Indiana; but, her ministry reached worldwide. Smith Wigglesworth crossed the Atlantic to hear her and received an impartation which transformed his ministry into the miraculous. The same experience is attributed to renown church leaders including John G. Lake and Canada’s own, Aimee Semple McPherson (Ingersoll, Ontario).

The Bible is full of great women who spoke and acted as God’s chosen voices: Deborah, Jael, Hannah, Esther, Mary Magdalene,  Mary (mother of Jesus), Abigail, Anna, Sarah, Ruth and many more. Several were prophetesses including Anna, the daughters of Philip, Myriam, Deborah, Huldah, Noadiah and Isaiah’s wife. Unquestionably, woman have been chosen throughout  history to speak for the Lord. In the last days, all His warriors are called. Any legalism that silences woman of great faith in some churches–those who have a calling–is simply not in line with the word of God; these churches are known by their fruits.

And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

Acts 2:17

Read about her Ministry and miracles in her service–the reading is fodder for an epic film. Acts is the ultimate road map for ministry; but, reading accounts from the brethren is also in God’s plan. It is reported that many who have read her sermons have experienced miracles and healing. I equate this to Paul’s anointed cloth, carried to reach those afar in need of healing. It is only natural to seek an impartation from those who have a double-anointing like Elisha.

This video is a wonderful testimony from Pastor Carter Conlon in Dublin, Ireland. Pastor Conlon, a former police officer from Canada, now leads Times Square Church in Manhattan–the church renown for its beloved Founder, Pastor David Wilkerson.

Be fed by this memorial service on his altar. The shepherd leaves his sheep to shepherd the multitudes. Many are called, few are chosen.

When you are saved in your heart, having received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, you must refrain from old habits inculcated by Satan over the whole earth. Some habits will leave you easily. For example I no longer curse since my heart was changed. I no longer feel anger (that is a spirit). But the list is long of transformations in your new life–it is a progression, working toward the image of Christ (now in us).

1) Turn off Satan’s television (except an anointed service). Even the news imparts the spirit of fear. This is one of Satan’s primary tools.

2) Turn off Satan’s radio (except a truly anointed station serving Christ).

3) Stay away from fear-mongering web sites, books, videos, audios that are devoid of God’s word and/or prayer under the the guise of Watchmen. They must balance the darkness with Jesus’ light.

4) Stop murmuring. Don’t speak about anyone unkindly, even if evil. This is a habit hard to stop because we are all so interested in each other. You can hate Satan and Satan’s actions in people. Hate the sin but not the sinner.

5) Clean your audible words. The power of life and death are on the tongue. You are the light of Jesus in the fallen world–your virtue must be audible. This means no more foul language, no more talk of perversion, no more screaming or anger in your tone. Absolutely no blaspheming–do not use Jesus’ name in vain. Especially not the Holy Spirit. There are no acceptable “sex jokes,” “Jewish jokes”, “Jesus jokes”–God will not be mocked.

6) Whatever you clean off your tongue, also clean in your thoughts. Bind it.

7) Do not curse yourself with Satan’s pronouncements on you:

“I will probably die,” “I can’t go on,” “I will fail,” “I am a loser,” “Nobody likes me,” etc… These are faithless moments and you will get what you claim.

8) Stop opening yourself to witchcraft. You will be surprised but the list is long. Witchcraft is linked to idolatry. By doing the following you open your life to the wiles of the devil. Confess these actions now, repent, that you may be blessed. Never again:

• read the horoscopes or a printed periodical or paper that includes them–throw them out
• play Ouija–throw it out or better, burn it if possible
• make an oath to anyone but God–societies that demand this are evil
• say, “Good Luck”
• cross your fingers
• spit to ward evil
• knock on wood
• attend mediums or psychics
• get hypnotized
• watch horror movies or
• watch movies that distort or deny the truth in the Bible
• attend night clubs were iniquity abounds
• enter buildings where occult practices occur
• trust crystals for healing and the like
• any new age music and teachings
• yoga or meditation (especially before altars)
• “good luck” charms even Saints
• fortune cookies
• incantations of any kind
• hexes
• tea leaf reading…you get the idea
• pray to anyone but Jesus for anything–that includes any man, saint or Jesus’ mother. Jesus is the Lord who can do all things–no one else.
• the list is long here and I will add over the next days, weeks–but you can comment and add to the list.

Isn’t the devil crafty? God said he was “subtle.” Go to the word of God in the Holy Scriptures. Be still and listen to God.

9) Swipe clean your house, cottage, business and car(s) of occult objects. Yes, demons can attach themselves to objects as they wait to seek a host. Throw them out in the garbage. Do not give them or sell them to anyone.

• wall art that features occult objects, deities or meaning
• sculpted objects–no matter how valuable. (I found a small bronze sculpture of Shiva in my collections armoire!) Woot!
• music that is occult–much of the 60s music and on is very occult. Lady Gaga, Madonna today are examples. There is little popular music that is acceptable.
• movies that are filled with images of sin–murder, sex, perversion, foul language–and leave God out of the enter movie. How can a movie not include the context of all existence?
• books along the same line
• everything and anything that has an occult image or meaning of any size
• any perversion such as calendars of nude or scantily clad persons
• any drug that open the mind to hallucinations or distorts reality
• just do a forensic sweep

Cleaning the devil’s weapons against you out of your environment removes barriers to holiness and God’s presence. There is always work to do. Confessing and repenting of all. Praising Him. I promise to write more about curses, strongholds and removing curses as I learn. And about anointing your home and places. The above is a powerful start. In the meantime, read Ephesians 6:10-12 and put on the whole armor. The entire passage is deep in meaning and instruction for protection.

You will likely find relief in your life, having cut off Satan’s access to you. God is not the author of tragedy, pain and suffering– you are, by inviting Satan’s fiery darts in your life. God loves you and wants to bless you.

I myself confess that I am due for another sweep this weekend. Movies will get thinned out. He is patient and merciful.

Graduated from Jesus charm school

Amy Vanderbilt or Emily Post have nothing on Jesus Christ when it comes to good graces. When you are baptized in the Holy Spirit and are made new in Jesus Christ’s new covenant, it is transformative to your inner heart. I say, “inner heart”, because it is not the heart that likes to be seen, obtaining rewards from men. It is the heart that is driven from within.

Less than a year ago, I told the Lord I did not know if I could “love my enemies”, those who hurt or hate me. This is perhaps the most difficult task given by our Father; but, it is possible with the Holy Spirit that dwells in you. This is the transformation that occurred within my heart. One aggressive man with little cause sought to destroy me for over a year now and continues unabated; yet, I find myself wondering if he can feed his family and how I can help him (I can barely help myself!). I find the hate, the revenge, has left me. This is not the old attack-and-defend-yourself-or-die me. That person is dead.

Pride was no stranger to me either. Now on the odd occasion that someone is thoughtless, condescending, or mean-spirited, I scarcely respond, if not with a few concealed tears. This is the Holy Spirit in me; not the old me with a sharp-wit-return or bark. I no longer draw attention to myself.

Yesterday, I entered a business (where I knew the leader and staff) without an appointment. I asked the darling secretary not to bother him since I had no appointment and asked if she would simply inquire of him if he had received my email attachments successfully (having been next door on business). He came out to greet me nevertheless. I believe he wished to show me respect, the respect I was showing him. In the past, I would have announced myself, “I am a somebody. It is worth disrupting people to hear me”. (I would not have said that; but, I can assure you this was my belief system!) My new heart pleased him so, that he confirmed that we would be doing business together. Humility tends to show and it is my favorite garment in my wardrobe. The full armor of God includes humility which Jesus loves so well and taught so well.

I have graduated from Jesus’ school of good graces. I like the Jesus in me. He comes everywhere with me.

Life and death are on your lips

On this fateful Passover, the day of the Lord’s crucifixion, I cannot help but reflect on His silence before Herod and Pontius Pilate and the futility of speaking words with the deceitful.

Brothers and sisters, heed the warning which follows. The words that roll off your tongue and out of your mouth can define the hour, the day, the outcome of your walk. My grandmother used to say, “Sticks and stones can break my bones; but, words can never harm me”, exhorting me in response to verbal bullying. She was a Christian who at times seemed an angel to me; but, she was wrong.

What could you possibly say that would cause the Lord to withhold His blessings? Or the evil one to obtain the legal right to torment you? A lot. Heed my words here; the Lord wished for me to write this today.

Invitations to the deceiver

When you use familiar words that give power to unknown forces, you not only lose the anointing of the Lord until repentance; but, you also invite familiar spirits, demons, the evil one to affect your walk, destroying what he may. You will not lose your inheritance in the blood covenant; but, trust me, you will be refined.

Think of how many times you have said the following:

“it’s in the cards”

“knock on wood”

“things come in threes”

“don’t walk under a ladder”

“don’t open an umbrella inside”

“cross your fingers”

“good luck”

“I wish….”

Children you must shed linguistics that give powers to the unknown. There is only one Power and you know Him. God is in control of everything. Do not make the mistake of thinking these are trifles; they are not. This aggrieves the Lord a great deal. In your hopes, always let prayers and supplications emanate from your lips; but, give no power to familiar spirits. When you make this mistake, the Holy Spirit which is in you will nudge, convict you; simply repent and it will be forgiven you. You may even have to self-deliver, casting out the powers you have invited in (that is whole other post!)

Invoking curses

The words you use can in fact invoke a curse on yourself. This is a delight to the evil one who will use his wiles to make sure your words come true, accusing you to the Lord, who by His grace will have to come to your rescue again and again (lest He lift His hand to teach you)! Have you ever caught yourself saying things like:

“What else can go wrong”

“I’ll bet this plane will crash”

“The enemy is winning”

Murmuring

If you speak of others unkindly, even perjoratively, this is murmuring. If you complain, this too is murmuring. Remember, you are in this world; but, you are no longer of this world. As a Holy Spirit-filled follower of Jesus Christ, the works of the prince of this world just roll off your back. You are human, still flesh, thus tempted at times; yet, the power of the Holy Spirit, the Helper, convicts you. There is more joy in you from above than there is strife and fear from below. Always be sure you have repented of the sins of your lips before you ask for anything; blessings come to those who do.

Boasting, exalting with your lips

Matthew 6:3-5

³ But when you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, ⁴ that your charitable deed may be in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will Himself reward you openly.

⁵ “And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward.

Prayer in secret

Brothers and sisters, why do you think the Lord exhorts you to your prayer closet, quietly? Give no more ammunition to the evil one in these last days than is unavoidable. Plead the blood of Jesus and preface prayer with the name of Jesus; the evil one if nearby will flee. To ensure privacy between you and the Lord, so you may hear His voice, you can pray quietly in your thoughts and listen. The evil one cannot know your thoughts; only the Lord Almighty is omniscient knowing all things and all thoughts. This is a safeguard for you.

Matthew 6:6   But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.

Praise and worship out loud

It is wise to preface all prayer with worship and praise invoking our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ’s name. Declaring His supremacy and Godship over you and all. Again this will provide protection to your prayers, whether audible or secret.  Do not forget that the evil one is targeting the Lord’s remnant, those of great faith who are obedient, repentant and prayerful. He seeks only to destroy knowing his time is short; unbelievers are already judged, lest the Lord have mercy.

So think about all that eschews from your mouth. There is Power of life and death in your words. Purify what comes off of your lips. Be the Light He has commanded of you.

Job 15:6  Your own mouth condemns you, and not I; Yes, your own lips testify against you.

Job 27:4  My lips will not speak wickedness, Nor my tongue utter deceit.
Psalm 34:13   Keep your tongue from evil, And your lips from speaking deceit.

Psalm 141:3   Set a guard, O LORD, over my mouth; Keep watch over the door of my lips.

Proverbs 4:24  Put away from you a deceitful mouth, And put perverse lips far from you.

Proverbs 10:19   In the multitude of words sin is not lacking, But he who restrains his lips is wise.
Proverbs 13:3  He who guards his mouth preserves his life, But he who opens wide his lips shall have destruction.
Proverbs 18:7  A fool’s mouth is his destruction, And his lips are the snare of his soul.
Leviticus 5:4   ‘Or if a person swears, speaking thoughtlessly with his lips to do evil or to do good, whatever it is that a man may pronounce by an oath, and he is unaware of it—when he realizes it, then he shall be guilty in any of these matters.
Matthew 12:37  For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”
