Back in April of 1998, I hitchhiked from Ames, Iowa to New Hamburg, New York where I then took a train into New York City. I walked to Times Square Church and listened to a sermon (David Wilkerson didn’t give the sermon, someone else did). The next day I hitchhiked west from Newburgh, New York and eventually ended up in California.
